And one you're thoroughly entitled to. So Travis- I had both the first two albums, and I can't say I got into them, with the exception of Writing To Reach You I'd say the rest of the tracks were 'Indie' by numbers, especially that one soddin' record that gets played on the radio every day!
If you had sung the praises of Boards Of Canada or The BMX Bandits, then fair enough. Belle & Sebastian are a fine band, a good collection has music for all moods, but the one thing there's no room for in mine is safe, middle of the road A.O.R, and unfortunately Travis, Coldplay and David Gray are quite obviously the 21st century's equivalent of Dire Straits or Level 42.
I'm aware that the grammatical structure of this post isn't all there but I just type as I'd talk it...

I don't mind Travis. They're nothing special but 'Writing to Reach You' is a very good song.
