Interesting view there SSS in contrast to my own thoughts where i consistently maintain that the overwhelming majority of the players we have now (2/3 exceptions ) are more than good enough but the team effect needs 'bringing out of them more'.

Interesting point about having no or very little debt, perhaps not to the taxman but I have sneaking suspicion that the bank may have a few issues and of course the development company these were hinted at during the recent meeting with the directors !!
