No-one else quite gets what the SACFC General Forum is all about? You try and spread the word on other forums, and it just baffles them.

 

I mean, ok, there are people from Canvey who get it (CANV, YELLOW, pabird), a couple from Bonechapel (Unc & LMU) and the likes of SteveP, but that's about it.

 

They come to these boards, and just expect some beardy-weirdy non-league chat about who's signed for Droylesden, or how some plumber from Worksop Town has made the huge jump to playing full time for Southport.

 

Start talking about birds or music and they just don't know what to do. They just bury their faces in their frothy pints of real ale.

 

Thank God for EFM and the SACFC General Forum, or we might as well all just top ourselves. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

If none of my mates went, then I probably wouldn't bother much, no. I'd still go to most of the home games I reckon, but probably wouldn't venture away too often.

 

Having all your mates there though, is what makes it such a good laugh!
