A 1-0 defeat and a lot to recriminate for.Was it a fair result and anything to say about the the referee and his assistants?

Esl manager:To say we are disappointed it's really an understatement.We played well and matched them pound for pound.To come home and feel empty handed it's really a kick in the teeth.We don't want excuses,we don't want reasons,we want referees to make big decisions and get them right.If he is going home and thinking he has got the major decisions right i beg him to think again and tell me on monday morning he got them right.We had a perfect goal ruled out on 88m and that cost us the game.What went for me was the commitment of the players.I wanted a performance from the players and i got that.I can stay calm because i know i have a committed group of players behind me.
