What is the favourite ground you have been to for atmosphere or just because its a nice place

Atmosphere has to be Boston,just wish we could of taken more up there

Nice ground is dartfords,although i liked bromleys and hednesfords

Clacton in a friendly with the canvey boyz was a good day, nice ground, breakfast, booze..etc...

 

Saffron Walden was a nice away ground.

It has to be Weymouth for me as well, for the whole day and the drama in the game and for the sense of elation from the Hx fans when Jesus got that late winner. Saffron Walden was a nice place to go, and you got tea in a proper mug there. Staines ground was okay, not been to Dartford yet.

I must admit to liking "quaint" or "pretty" grounds, so places like Saffron Walden and Bury Town appeal.

 

Of the new stadia, both Dartford and Col U are well designed but I do find them a bit "soulless".

Sudbury is always a good ground to go to as there is a decent pub just down the road.

 

Burton Albion, Crawley, Dartford and Stevenage have decent grounds but are a bit soulless and lack atmosphere.

I liked saffron walden,i work up there nowadays and it is a nice little town.

Sudbury is another nice town,ground is ok,i would like a trip to some of these north essex/suffolk clubs as they do nice beer

Perhaps a friendly down at somewhere like the new forest next season would be nice,maybe brockenhurst as thats a nice town!!!!!

Hastings have a decent stand behind one of their goals.

Early nineties, Trophy, pouring with rain and both sets of supporters under one large stand singing their songs
