Yes it's the same old story every season with Amersham Town and I think even if Alex Fergusson or Arsen Wenger were there they would still struggle, they don't seem able to hang on to decent players for very long, they had Adamson Ajayi and Jude Eboji last season who were dynamite but they don't appear to be with the Club anymore

Their best striker from last season, Denilson Vicente, is now banging them in for AFC Hayes in the Southern League.

The area is a hotbed of talent however the Club don't seem able to hold on to good players for any length of time which is a shame, I suppose given the choice they will always opt for Chalfont St Peter just down the road as well as Chesham and Beaconsfield

Denilson is indeed banging in the goals for Hayes. Other than that Hayes are struggling.

 

Amersham are content to just exist as a football club i think. No interest in climbing the pyramid. Shame given the facilities there...
