Last night and today in this part of Essex we are getting rain now. When we were in the Ryman we knew whenever there was a bit of rain there were a few clubs that you would have to phone as they got PP more easily than others, for example. Waltham Abbey always struggled with the conditions.

 

As we are getting to this time of the season and some of you boys know these ESL grounds inside out, is there a Waltham Abbey (all due respect to them) who you should phone before leaving.

 

Like Tonight we visit Hullbridge, last time i went was when they played Southend Manor last season but it was in August when the sun was out they drew 2.2.

 

If someone can say... Clapton always fine, Hullbridge always ring kind of thing. Then i won't have to ask again. Thanks to all those knowledgable guys.

bowers used to be terrible for having games called off as the drainage was put in incorrectly but apparently it is nice down there now.
