Wasn't really looking forward to Tilbury really and my views weren't changed on

visiting the area, grim shall we say the least,and glad i did this one in the afternoon.

 

Weather wasn't good in the first half, dark,grey and miserable which mirrored the

first half action, you've guessed it.. 0-0 at HT.

 

Fortunately the sun came out and we had glorious weather in the second half,

The football from Tilbury was the same as they scored 3 in the first 15mins, 2 from

corners thanks to some abject,dreadful defending from Romford.

 

They were further embarrassed as the appealed for offisde,with not a defender in sight

as Tilbury simply passed the ball in for the 4th.

Romford scored a goal they barely deserved at the death after the hosts spurned two more

gilt-edged chances.

The few Tilbury fans who were anonymous in the first half,loved the second as the goals rained in,

even singing "Romford,you're an embarrassment" which to be fair was true on their piss-poor showing

here, put your money on them to go down..

Bet the Romford fans regret singing"One team in Essex" !
