TERRORS v Eastbourne Borough

Dominating three quarters of a match means nothing against Conference opposition, no matter how poor they may be as a team.

In the first half a Matt York free kick left keeper Jordan flat chested, but slack marking gave Borough an undeserved equaliser just before the break.

Terrors should have been buried in the first twenty minutes after the break, but stormed back to score two quick goals just before the end of regulation 90, courtesy of Paul Vines and Simon Parker.

Unfortunately the celebrations were premature as Eastbourne, by now devoid of their remarkably small band of supporters (Slough town brought far more in the last round), hit back with two injury time strikes that were quite simply not defended!

Lessons for Tuesdays replay, but Terrors should travel with high hopes.
