Olives stuffed with Anchovy, a plate of hot Kalamares from bar Terrasans in Blanes, bottifara blanco, lobster paella cooked in squid ink, fuet, corn-fed chicken slow cooked with fresh rosemary twigs and smothered in aiolli, mojitos, sitting on the front in said town watching the fishing boats come in around 5pm, with an ice cold bottle of Cava and my best girly by my side.

Sitting on a train in the south of France and being able to watch the Alps on one side and the foothills of the Pyrenees on the other.

Plus the smell of the Indian takeaway on platform 4 at Harold Wood station when one alights from the train.....these are a few of my favourite things.... smile
