Got to type it up first. If you're going to be good, I'll do it right now!

Just out of interest-i don't know to much about these coaching qualifications-but persumably-an A coach is better (in THEORY) than a B coach.!

I've always thought that the club has been a bit bereft of coaching ability at first team level-so if i am correct-MR Beeks could be an equally important appointment;and given time-that you can improve things by good coaching of existing players-not just changing playing staff

Has the club had an A qualified coach before ?

Well Mark seems to know what he wants its now upto the lads to give him that and if they all agree to work together then i can only see good things happening . The mention of fines to the lads who don`t get to training is going to be interesting , i know Terry had problem after problem with squad members ringing him to say they could not turn up for training so now they will or could have to think twice on that one but the new boss wants stability here and he see`s that if the whole team don`t train how will they get better . Dedication is what he wants to see so now upto players to show him that .

Up the Gate .

My pleasure. Mark seems a real genuine bloke and will be very accomodating with interviews going forward too. I can't wait until we get some games!

Good to see a strict guy in charge who's not prepared to put up with any nonsense concerning the missing of training, these players know where and when we play and train when they join us and therefore should not be allowed to miss training week in week out as some have.

Also good to see a manager whos approachable and ready to listen to the opinions of fans, even if they do talk nonsense more often than not!

I know i'll be there to welcome him in bar at our next home game.
