Recently I have had a lot of problems with my PC which disabled a lot of my programs, which is the reason the Player Profiles pages has not been updated with the latest signings. Searching the web I came across www.pchelpforum.com and I would highly recommend that people bookmark it to help with any future problems they may have.

It is run by volunteers and when you post a problem one of them is assigned to it and they take you through every single step simply and clearly to get things sorted. Although my computer is still not 100% I am back to the stage where I can actually use the programs again and my assigned helper is still working to get everything completely fixed.

All they ask in return is some patience as they are doing this in their spare time and are generally working on a few problems at a time so there will never be a five minute fix.

A very good service to have access to. I am lucky in that I count myself as fairly pc competent, (I can build and repair pc's and mostly find software problems), but it is always handy to have backup from people who know what they are doing.
