Is dat only injuries? when i was west brom, in the first five games I gave away a penalty in each. Throughout that season i had loads of red cards and injuries

well Gordan T u need to fine ur players and wen u look at ur team instructions see if u put them hard.

If you fine players they get angry and want to leave, they also disrupt your team (usually the best players) who also will then want to leave.

The best way to stop it is if one player in particular is getting sent off change his tackling to normal or weak but leave the rest as they are.

I always use hard tackling, i did on all the other versions. I never fine my players. Its never their fault just the stupid ref but, the FA doesn't ever do anything when I appeal.
