give WA WTFC his due...........not once has he come on here after a defeat berating the opposition, ref or linos, and using them as an excuse for losing

 

No point mate. During the match we (me included) all get upset with decisions going against us, but by the time we come to post if we are grown up about it realize referee's and assist ref's don't go out of their way to fck up our game. They make guenuine mistakes. The truth of the matter is that when we have lost, the scoreline may have flattered the opposition but we still deserved to lose, six against Colney was harsh but they deserved the victory same with Burnham they deserved to win but not by 3. We have not lost by a close margin.

 

I can only think of two occassions in the time that i was secretary that i needed to go and have a word with a ref after a game. Now i am just a fan, i can take delight in winding up the opposition especially the Stansted number two who bit the most this season in our group match at their place. (he punched the fence after we got under his skin. ha ha)

 

We may chant "you cheat your way to top of the league" but i don't believe it for a moment. It is all part of winding up the opposition, Smallsy took it well even conducting us. ha ha.
