What's everyone doing then??

 

Mrs Zeal and I have our work cut out this weekend. We're redecorating our house - to Mrs Zeal's specifications of course!

 

I'm quite happy though - we're turning the spare bedroom into a music-type room for me! I'll have my stereo, computer, guitars, keyboard, 8-track etc. in there. Nice one!!

 

So.. gonna be an evening in tonight with a bottle or two of wine and a chinese, and then up early tomorrow morning to get down to Homebase. Buy some paint, shelves etc.

 

Saturday afternoon spent doing some painting in the bedroom (beige, I ask you!) and then a barbeque and a few beers tomorrow night.

ugh.. i feel like crap so survival today comes before weekend plans.. i think i may have to do some diy [****!!****] on sunday.. i dont even want to think about it .. i know ill sit outside a bar this lunchtime and do some cold beer in the company of attractive women and a few mates with large expense accounts that should take the edge off the pain..

I feel surprisingly ok today, considering I finally took the plunge last night and made a dent in that bottle of Laphroiag Single Malt that's been knocking around the house since Christmas.
