Not sure what level Gavin Axcell is going to be at Tiptree. He has left our U20's.

 

He could be the 1st team manager, Reserves / Youth.

Can't find any clues on the Tiptree site.

Steve was Gavin's assistant with the u20's at WTFC

I have worked with and know many people who have worked with Gavin Axcell. His greatest quality is his motivational skills, he really does get the best out his players and I think this is an excellent appointment.

I applaud the Tiptree board.

With the appointment of Steve Wheeler as number 2 will Brad King now be out of a job. Its a shame, nice lad.

Gavin played for Bowers when Steve was the manager in the mid '90s.

 

Gav's eldest lad Matt has been playing for Basildon Town for the last few seasons, though has now joined his dad at Tiptree.
