Anderson at just 18 years old-very young for a goalkeeper .

 

I guess Nev (who should know ) sees more potential in him than some of the other young keepers around

He certainly looked the part last week, good size for a keeper looked good even kicking against a strong wind (even if some did drift out of play). Made a tremendous double save in 2nd half too.

Its a shame to see Nicholls leave, but maybe the injury was worse than any of us thought. Good luck to you where ever you next play. Good luck to Lloyd Anderson, hope he can keep up his form through the season, and have to agree if Big Nev cant spot a keeper with potential I dont think anyone can.

Nicholls a big big loss i.m.o.He was our brick wall behind the defence. Damn!! Who the f*** have we got in goal next? How many keepers have we had this season?

I don't think a 2 week gap is enough to worry about the appointment of a new manager. It's obviously a key decision and so needs to take as long as it does.

Believe me Wellsie, I am more than happy with Nev in his role at the moment - I think he is doing a fab job. I am more concerned however with the fact that we have gone from having too many goalies to only one!!

We need a couple of goalies. I believe at this moment in time Alex K needs to be in the reserves playing regular games rather than resting on the bench. On Tuesday he gave me the impression that he lacked sharpness/ match practise.
