you think would be a great and last signing for the club as we now could have or almost have the side that could take us on to better things . I think we still need one more at the back still abit leaky even with the pressence of liam coming back . I would after watching him play for kingstonion add the much experienced Francis Duku to our ranks with Liam next to him this would be a very solid and experienced middle allowing JK to play further up with Wayne .

Nothing wrong with central defence now imo.

 

Need a quality central midfield player alongside Wilson (i fear JK may just not have the legs).

 

It was interesting on wellsies commentary that he said that wilson played better when Lacy was also in midfield alongside him-as i consistently say-nothing wrong with wilson-he needs support and 'protection'-he can't run central midfield all on his own.

 

So central midfield player-another 'previous player'-Greg Lincoln.

Agree-could not fault him for effort;but was he ever realistically good enough ?

we support them at the time because they are in blue and white,but if we are completely honest with ourselves ,was he quality ?

Would he improve on the players we have now ?

 

If he is not good enough for maidstone is he good enough for Margate ?

 

Unfortunately, these younger guys learn the hard way that the grass is not always greener.

IMO yes he was good enough, he won quite a few MOTM last season and was only released because, I believe, he wanted a little extra for petrol money.

stubbs 100% effort but not good enough for our league,as proved by being released again but would do well for rams or similar.we do need a good midfielder tho

We need to offload players first or we'll end up running up debts like we did in the past. But if you want a 'must-have', I still think we haven't got a 20 goals-a-season man. Not easy to find though.

Enough changes to the team lets get everybody back fit and from suspension, and then we can see what the full squad can do. Once we have everyone and everyone has gelled together than we can see if there is still a player missing.

We don't need anymore defenders, especially central defenders. Lets see how this lot do for the next 2 or 3 games before we bring in anybody else. They looked good on Saturday without the likes of Keister, Robinson and Young. Lets give them a chance now as they are now increasing in confidence and quality and therefore playing better before we start dumping them and bringing in other players
