Rookie is all about having a proper structure there.You can have a manager,assistant manager,coach and a fitness trainer which can only benefit the players because it will be more of a specialist role which is the way clubs are going these days.I can assure you there are no egos and they are all committed to the cause.Derek is my best mate and Portway played with John at Barking under George Borg and Dave Patient.Also Roy is a good fitness trainer.We can use premiership facilities for training and altough we'll train at Hullbridge as well,i'm sure players will appreciate those top facilities when is pissing down,snowing or freezing in the coming months.Will it work?We had 30 players at training last night and they are all busting their guts to get in the 16 players squad for saturday.
