Steve WEST – forward/defender. Steve is a historical figure for Hornchurch for many reasons. A prolific striker who has played for Enfield, Woking, Dagenham & Redbridge, Fisher, Hornchurch, Grays where he won promotion to the conference in 2005 and represented England at semi professional level. Recently with East Thurrock, Eastleigh, Sutton and just released from Margate.

I ended my feud with him because our attentions for a must win game at sutton last season were concentrated on him not our team,we lost the game as we did when we played grays,east thurrock,in fact pretty much evey time we have played him.

It didn't really get us anywhere in the previous few games where we gave him stick.

I spoke to him after the margate game after asking him for our photos back and a few things came out.

He admitted trying to take one photo off the wall,admitted that he had been helped by hornchurch when he fcked his leg,he also said he was on a contract at the time,grays came along and he went there as it was a job and lets face it,the prospects at hornchurch at the time were less than rosy.

By all means tree,you are more than welcome to continue it and i ain't got a problem with that but i can't be ar$ed with it any more as alot of what happened none of us actually knows as we weren't there.

Seems to me that certain people took the heat while others drifted away into the background
