3. France (suprising but the frogs ive met who can speak english are up there)

5. Alaskans (well they did in that northern exposure)

 

nations that dont

 

1. Wales (huge chip on shoulder prevents any form of humour from seeping into coal like harmonising mind) ..before any welsh people throw one over this stereotype please note i was only joking...or was i? you wouldn't understand anyway so it dosen't matter..

2. Canada (just forget it, dont even attempt it with these people)

3. Germany (im sure they think irony is a south european state they invaded once)

4. Holland (surprising really considering their exposure to our t.v. but they just seem to regard anything off the wall as some kind of sexual perversion that should be legalised immediatly)

5. Norway (they are all to busy topping themselves after 5 months of total darkness to have time for humour)
