What you need to remember smudgy is that most players who have played in the PRem are BTK's. Hence JJ and Bruntys excuses. But to be fair I always thought it was the ref/lino's fault when teams lost.

You have a very good keepr , has he played higher level before?

Brunty how the hell could you tell he was a descent keeper? He didn't have one shot to save!

He commanded his box well, much better than any other keeper in this league ive seen so far. He came and caught every cross his distribution to full backs was good , he kicked well etc

Thanks for that one Kroons

I dont remember saying anything about the pitch i said BS pitch was very good. I didnt say we deserved to win the game, i didnt mention that we had lots of players missing until asked by SOTP. I said the ref never stopped the watch when they were just kicking the ball out into the field and walking to get it.

Whats your point????????????????

NICE GUY,elfking has said nothing about manager or club on this thread.

read your last posting.P.S.someone has to take responsibility, ultimately the manager.

CORRECT MOLESKIN (ARE YOU THE SAME AS ELFKING?)HE DID NOT, BUT HE DID INDIRECTLY BY ASKING READERS TO GO ON YOUR WEB-SITE WHERE YOUR MANAGER APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN PUBLICLY FLOGGED BY POLL WHEN ITS A MOLESEY FAN WEBSITE, THATS WHAT I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN, WHICH I THINK IS DISRESPECTFUL IN MY OPINION.

I APPRECIATE THAT ULTIMATELY THE MANAGER IS RESPONSIBILE AND THAT FANS ARE ALLOWED TO VOICE THEIR OPINION ON THEIR WEBSITE. THE PLAYERS I SAW A LITTLE WHILE BACK LOOKED GOOD AND I CERTAINLY DIDN'T SEE THEM AS RELEGATION MATERIAL. YOUR GAME ON SATURDAY AGAINST ARUNDEL IN THE VASE IS MY CHOICE FOR THIS WEEKEND TO WATCH SO IT WOULD BE INTERESTING TO SEE ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE PLAYERS PERFORMANCES. ONE THING I MUST SAY MOLESKIN AND/OR ELFKING, HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT THAT SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITY LIES WITH THE PLAYERS ?

BEING FANS YOU SHOULD SUPPORT YOUR CLUB, AND SURELY WHATS GOING ON PUBLICLY ON YOUR WEBSITE CANNOT HELP THE MORAL OF THE MANAGEMENT, PLAYERS, AND MORESO 'YOUR' CLUB.

Was also at the Camberley v North Greenford game and thoroughly enjoyed it. Two good sides withe game settled by a terrible mistake from Camberleys lively left winger.

North Greenford had the better of the 1st half, played some good football but never really tested keeper. Camberley had 2 very good chances in half but Greenford keeper made good saves.

2nd half Camberley were better side but Greenford punished both mistakes they made at the back. Good goal by Camberley, excellent run and cross by right winger to head of little left winger.

Was interesting overhearing some of the 'Blazers' chatting pitch side. North Greenford officials telling people how they will win league and that they should do with budget they have given manager, supposedly the guy that is scoring all the goals for them is on more than any other player in CCL??

Also the Camberley guys mentioning about how there manager could be in troble after this loss?

Both seemed ridiculous talk after looking at league and game.

Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon though, good football, good beer and met some nice people from both sides.

DORKING MATCH REPORT:-

Dorking made it only 1 defeat in the last 6 games as they twice came from behind to claim a draw at Croydon on Saturday. The game was also Chicks third consecutive unbeaten game as Dorking build for the visit of Chertsey Town in the FA Vase on Saturday.

Croydon had been through a player overhaul in the week prior to Dorking’s visit to the Croydon FC Arena, with no less than 7 new faces in their starting line up including keeper Dean Cupit. Dorking had rested 8 players for the midweek victory in the CCL league cup over Farleigh Rovers, but Dorking manager Tony Webb restored his regulars to the starting line up as Chicks aimed to register their first league victory of the campaign.

Dorking made a slow start and were behind on 10 minutes when Chinchorou scored for the Trams, but Dorking equalised straight from the kick off, Danny Clayton catching Croydon cold to put Dorking back on level terms within seconds of Croydon taking the lead.

However the home team were still on top, and once more took the lead on 18 minutes when Davis capitalised on a defence splitting pass to make it 2-1. The game then settled down with Chicks threatening through leading scorer Phil Page. Indeed, it was Page who got Chicks back to 2-2, slotting home a penalty with just under the half an hour to go.

Chances fell to both sides as Dorking came agonisingly close to registering all three points on a number of occasions, but it was Croydon who almost snatched the win in the dying seconds as the Trams rattled the post with Dorking keeper Dan Coote beaten.

Dorking return to cup action this weekend with big spending Chertsey Town the visitors in the FA Vase First Qualifying Round, Dorking having secured the right to play Chertsey with a 4-2 win over Sussex County side Lancing. The match will kick off at 3pm at Meadowbank.

Chicks then play Banstead Athletic away at Merland Rise on Tuesday 6 October in the league.

The players aren't at fault as much as the management because its the formation changes every week that is unsettling everyone this season we have played: 3-5-2, 5-3-2, 4-4-3, 4-4-2, 4-3-1-2

We have already used 3 goalkeepers, have had matches with the left winger at left back, we have played two right backs, we have had a game where our two strikers were both midfielders when we had two very capable strikers on the bench, sometimes when we need a goal late on the player we bring on is a central defender.

If you look at the poll you'll see a majority of fans think the same way... But I doubt anything will change if he was never sacked after his first season in charge, even last year Molesey were ultimately below par

Nice summation SurreysFinest it really was a good game at Krooner both sides looking good and should be there or thereabouts at the end of the season. Feel sorry for the young lad who had had a good game and scored a fine equaliser, hope your overheard comments about the management were unfounded.

HI ELFKING, SYSTEMS, SYSTEMS US FANS ALL KNOW THAT MANAGERS CHANGE THEM WHEN KNOWING THEIR OPPOSITION TO COMBAT THEIR SYSTEM. IT ALSO DEPENDS UPON INJURIES AND PLAYERS NOT MAKING THEMSELVES AVAILABLE IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME, IT SEEMS BECAUSE RESULTS HAVE NOT BEEN HAPPENING YOU'RE BLAMING SYSTEMS. 3 GOALKEEPERS? WELL LOOKING AT YOUR WEBSITES RESULTS THE 1ST KEEPER LET IN ALOT OF GOALS WHICH CANNOT BE ALL DOWN TO HIM, YOUR DEFENCE EVEN THE TEAM AS A WHOLE MUST TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT, BUT I SEE HES NO LONGER WITH MOLESEY SO YOUR MANAGER MAY HAVE SEEN THIS AS A PROBLEM AND RECTIFIED IT BY GETTING ANOTHER KEEPER WHATS WRONG WITH THAT ? IT SEEMS TO BE A GOOD DECISION LOOKING AT MORE RECENT RESULTS. COULD IT BE THAT DUE TO INJURIES AND POSSIBLE PLAYERS NOT AVAILABLE, SOMETIMES PLAYERS ARE ASKED TO DO A 'JOB' FOR THE TEAM ALL TEAMS DO THAT. CAN'T COMMENT ON THE MIDFIELDERS PLAYING UP FRONT AS I DONT KNOW THE PLAYERS OF COURSE. PLEASE TELL ME, DID THE CENTRAL DEFENDER GO UP FRONT BEING THE CLOSING MINUTES ? IF SO USE YOUR SENSE WHY, WAS IT FOR HIS DRIBBLING SKILLS !

I WONDER, LIKE ALL US FANS WE WANT THE BEST FOR OUR CLUB, BUT SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T GO TO PLAN AS WE WOULD LIKE BUT NEED TO KEEP THE FAITH. WOULD YOU HAVE EVEN SUGGESTED THE MATTER OF SYSTEMS IF YOUR TEAM WON EVERY GAME? WOULD YOU INFACT APPLAUD YOUR MANAGER? I MUST ADMIT WE ARE AT TIMES (ME INCLUDED) SO FINICKY

Not surprised the keeper left if he had to play up front

Thats the second time I've managed to make that mistake in as many weeks!

I just don't know how many managers would remain in charge of a club after getting relegated in year one, finishing in mid-table in year two and then starting this season as he has.

I mean, what have Molesey got left to play for this season? I'm supposed to be looking forward to next season when we might actually challenge for the position that the manager said we would challenge for?

How am I supposed to enjoy going to Molesey games for the rest of the season when I know that we (probably) won't get relegated but we definately won't go up? Theres already nothing to play for. (Which is why we need some play-offs but enough about that!)

Stupid FA Vase this Saturday as well... I'm getting increasingly annoyed at the fact that every other game is a cup game can't wait for later in the season when its all about the league!

YEP GREEN FINGERS 4.4.3 EH WITH THAT EXTRA MAN MOLESEY SHOULD BE DOING BETTER !

ELFKING, WHAT TO PLAY FOR? THAT CAN BE SAID ABOUT MOST CCL TEAMS BUT YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT A GOOD UNBEATEN RUN DOES, YOU ARE SAD AND SO NEGATIVE TOWARDS YOUR TEAM, WHY NOT JUST GIVE YOUR TEAM SOME ENCOURAGEMENT FOR A CHANGE. I MUST ADMIT THAT PREVIOUS TEAMS WHO HAVE BEEN PROMOTED HAVE ONLY LOST 4-6 GAMES ALL SEASON, BUT THIS SEASON MAYBE DIFFERENT, AS WE ARE ALL SURPRISED WITH SANDHURST START THIS SEASON UPON WHICH THEY SHOULD BE CONGRATULATED. THE FA VASE IS NOT STUPID, IT INVITES DIFFERENT CLUBS AT CCL LEVEL WHICH MAKES A CHANGE, AND SHOULD LOOK FORWARD TO DOING WELL IN THIS COMPETITION WHICH I THINK MOLESEY DID LAST SEASON?, SUPPOSE YOU WERE STILL SLAGGING YOUR TEAM OFF THEN. ALSO YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY PLAYING CUP GAMES THAT PROVES THAT YOUR TEAM HAVE DONE WELL IN CUP COMPETITIONS AND EARNED MONEY FOR THE CLUB YOU ARE MEANT TO SUPPORT. LOOK, I THINK READING BETWEEN THE LINES, YOUR MANAGER IS LEAST OF YOUR CLUBS WORRIES. YOUR COMMITTEE PROBABLY HAVE MORE IMPORTANT ISSUES TO WORRY ABOUT THAN THE MANAGER AT THE MOMENT, SO THATS WHERE YOUR MAIN SUPPORT SHOULD BE CONCENTRATING ON INSTEAD OF ALL THE PUBLIC B*LLOCKING YOUR FANS HAVE BEEN DOING. CLUBS HAVE BEEN IN THE CCL FOR YEARS BECAUSE ITS DIFFICULT LEAGUE TO GET OUT OF. THE SUBJECT OF PROMOTION IS A THORN IS EVERY CCL CLUBS SIDE. UNTIL THE CCL AND FA REALISE THAT BY ONLY PERMITTING 1 CLUB TO BE PROMOTED IT WILL ONLY BE AN ADEQUATE LEAGUE AS PREVIOUS SEASONS HAVE PROVED, WITH TEAMS LIKE AFC WIMBLEDON, CHIPSTEAD, MERSTHAM, EVEN BEDFONT GREEN LAST SEASON TO AN EXTENT WON WITH MONTHS IN HAND SO THE OTHER TEAMS HAVE NOTHING TO PLAY FOR. THIS LEAGUE IS DESPERATE FOR 2 TEAMS TO GET PROMOTED TO MAKE IT MORE ENJOYABLE TO PLAY IN ESPECIALLY TOWARDS THE END OF THE SEASON, WHEN THE MOST OF THE ENJOYABLE GAMES ARE THE RELEGATION BATTLE WITH SOMETHING TO PLAY FOR IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. PLEASE CCL & FA MAKE THIS LEAGUE MORE EXCITING FOR US PLAYERS & FANS, FROM 2ND TO 5-6TH PLACE HAVE PLAY-OFFS FOR THE 2ND PROMOTED TEAM THEN US FANS WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO CCL GAMES, BUT I'M SURE MANY LIKE ME LAST SEASON, THE GAMES I WENT TO WATCH TOWARDS THE END OF THE SEASON WHICH HAD SOMETHING TO PLAY FOR WERE THE RELEGATION MATCHES, THE OTHERS WERE JUST LIKE FRIENDLIES WITH NOTHING TO PLAY FOR !

Keep the faith, keep the faith, even our local vicar doesn't watch the moles anymore.

THAT'S BECAUSE HE HAS WEDDINGS TO ATTEND TO OR PERHAPS HE'S SAYING A PRAYER FOR THE 'HATCHETMEN SORRY FANS OF MOLESEY' TO GET BEHIND THEIR TEAM & MANAGER INSTEAD OF ALL YOUR PUBLIC B*LLOCKING YOU SENDING OUT.

ELFKING YOU OUT THERE? SO DID YOU STILL SLAG OFF YOUR TEAM AND YOUR MANAGER WHEN THEY GOT MOLESEY TO THE VASE 1/4 FINAL WAS IT ? SO FINICKY, NEVER HAPPY, I BET YOU ARE JUST ONE OF 'THOSE' SUPPORTERS THAT EVERY CLUB HAS UNFORTUNATELY.
