leigh on sea .. great place.. 'the billet' is the best pub but i do have an obscure fondness for 'the ship' which im sure still has formica table tops!!.. mind you it looks a lot better when the tide is in, ugh all that mud with some nuclear green algae growing on it.. and westcliff does have a couple of good chip shops, but they are very much 'NOT' close to being the best in the country
