It's not that clear cut, if you allow people to shoot intruders, then how long before say, a youth gets shot retrieving a football from a garden, or someone is taken out because they looked like they were loitering outside. The simple fact is this, Martin broke the law, whether what he did is right or wrong is irrelevant.
I can't agree it's right that someone injured whilst committing a criminal act should be entitled to compensation though. It's like with insurance, you do something you shouldn't be doing, you blow your chance.

I refuse to take it all to seriously...its that upside down it aint true.....two weeks ago another guy stabbed an intruder to death and walked free.....ha ha ha ha...
