Impossible Question to answer, too many factors to consider..Budget..team strengh..training facilities & coaches..area..league position..when or if to make substitutions.

Well above my knowledge.

As you started the thread why not give it a go yourself.

Amerste

I would but i really don't know the league's that well anymore. I just stay local now. I was hoping that with all you boys on here that seem to travel to many different games you could shed some light on the matter.

Like amerste said, difficult to answer, if a club has money to burn and are therefore successful does it make him better than someone who has to work on a strict budget and play for survival.

I think though a club in Division 1 say like Hadley who were promoted last season and are top at the moment, if money is of a short supply there then we could regard their manager as a contender, our manager at New Bradwell, again no money to attract top players, brought a few in from Division 2 and so as the results show this season, another contender maybe.

As for keepers, at times they are only as good as the boys in front of them, again a top team that has not conceded many goals may be fortunate to have a top defence where the keeper has little to do, whereas a team near the bottom might have a quality keeper that is let down time and again with what he has in front of him.

Had a little think about this so here goesnot in any order:

Prem

Royston Manager - Keeps his head, keeps the players feet on the ground. Have to be the best passing team around.

Broxbourne Manager - Knows alot of players, seems to keep his cool and lets the boys express themselves on the ball.

Kingsbury Tigers Manager - His team play lovely football always work up and are strong.

Div 1

Hoddesdon Manager

Not sure of any others

Div 2

Ashton Clinton Managers - Has got some players in from higger leagues and got them playing some great football, Looking good for a top spot

Berk Manager - Done well to get players back to the club and has them playing some nice fast tidy football.

Res Div 1

St Mags Manager - Young manager in his first job, not worried to use younger unknown players, has the team playing good football. One to look out for.

Royston Manager - Has a good range of players and is again someone happy to use younger unknown players but does have the bonus of cracking 1st players.

London Colney Manager - Nice bloke has he team playing nice free flowing football.

Don't know enough to name any keepers.
