well im afraid to say saturdays euphoria was short lived,totally outplayed by cray and no complaints about the score and with margate winning at hendon tonite will be an interestin game down there to say the least this saturday

Spoke to a few people tonight after the game and although people are dissapointed they saw enough saturday to know we are better than this,cray seemed ecstatic with the result and although they played well i don't think there was too much between the sides,although they were clearly better on the night.Lets all stay patient and see what happens and continue to support the club on and off the field as we are doing

just happens mate,on saturday we played really well.

My favourite experiences as an urchin have usually been on a saturday not tuesday,apart from Essex cup final and collier row getting a canning around 89

Even when we was doing well in conf south 5 years ago we lost to thurrock this time of the year,just tuesdays are crap sometimes

I just think we played a little too deep yesterday.

Long balls played up to the strikers with no one from Mid-field following up for knock downs.

I think the team showed enough spirit and gave there all right to the end.

So no complaints from me on that score.

My biggest disappointment from last night's game was the fact that we did not have a single meaningful shot on target.

Their goalkeeper had next to nothing to do and even when we put them under some pressure to try and gte back from being 1-0 down, they didn't buckle and instead went and scored again, jumping above us in the process.

I'm going to Margate on Saturday and just hope we can carve out some chances to make something of the game.
