With most people at the Club occupied in 'keeping the plates spinning' player sponsorship has inevitably dropped down the 'things to do' list. However, maybe it is now time to look at sponsoring our players?

 

For some years player sponsorship has been pitched at £ 50.00. This is a fair chunk of money - especially in today's economic climate - so it was decided to split kit sponsorship into Shirt £ 25.00, Shorts £ 15.00 and Socks £ 10.00. This means for a tenner a sponsor can have his/her name on the Official Website and in the Matchday Programme. Of course there is no problem in sponsoring all three kit items for your favourite player if you wish.

 

If your sponsored player 'moves on' then you can, of course transfer your sponsorship to a new unsponsored player (Annie knows all about that!!)

 

If you cannot help the Club as a volunteer please consider player sponsorship.

 

At the moment all players (with the exception of Elliot Styles) are available. This evening a supporter has contacted me to pencil his name in for sponsoring Elliot.

 

Leon Antoine and Mike Ramkin will be added to the sponsorship page very soon.

 

Please use this thread to declare your interest or email afchornchurch@tiscali.co.uk whilst we work out the best way to collect sponsorship monies. I would suggest the correct way would be via the Supporters Association in the Club Shop.

We have already got £400 worth of pledges, so if anyone wants to jump on board, please come into the shop on Saturday.
