59 Sounds about right and good number of them were Windsor fans. I can see why they dont get many fans mind you as there is the ever present wiff from the sewage works, Google earth the place...its HUGE!, Didnt think we played at 100% but always looked in control truth be told.

Nice set up there with a massive clubhouse considering the size of the support. Due to the lack of pubs in the nearby area i'm guessing it's open as a pub too. Speaking of pubs YET AGAIN Mrs Cat led us into a Rainbow Flag freindly pub! Warning signs were flashing as soon as the barman with his top undone showing a nipple. Then when his boss walked in our worst fears were confirmed. As The Deadworth Dog said "Get your elbow working, we're leaving"

Anyone else see the Thamesmead chatboard, they reckon they were the only team playing football (we were well organised and physical) and teh referee was a disgrace. I wasn't there but any response to those comments, did they maybe deserve a draw?

Sounds like sour grapes to me.

If passing about means having your keeper pass it to your back four before losing it not long after then yes i guess that counts. We soaked up most of their 'pressure' and launched another attack forward. It felt like watching the same thing over and over again! Then again that could be the drink talking! After all i have a 'interesting' video with a snippit of Mrs Cat singing Joe the taxi...

Paulton saturday?!

I read it with interest, we are a strong side, but teams from that area are not (in my experience of watching Windsor play Ryman league football for many years)exactly gentle or soft. As for playing football, well since Scotty has taken over the one thing we have done is play football, so to say we didn't try to play football was surprising. Who played up front, was it Shed and Richardson, how did they play together?

Woody, you were drunk? I am not sure a tee total chap like you would ever be inebriated?!?!

Er, not going to a match for next two saturdays, in Munich next weekend and my brother has organised my niece's birthday party for the following Saturday afternoon, can someone have a word please!!!!!!

Not even a mid week game I can squeeze in :-(

To be fair they did play a lot of football but as Woody said most of it was in their own half. I fear they would get steamrollered in our league. As for the ref I didn't think he was neither good nor bad, he wasn't the best ref we've had all season but he certainly wasn't the worst, some of the chat he was giving their keeper was quite entertaining.

I thought we looked comfortable throughout the game. Even at 1-0 down I was convinced we would win as they didn't really ever look like doing anything with the ball other than knock it about at the back. Most of the play was in their half, it looked like it was only a matter of time before we would score.

Again it was good to see a team play football but like Yate they are probably missing a couple of big lads to mix it up a bit. They deserve top marks for the food though, the best food on offer at a away ground so far this season.

As for the "funny" pub there was no rainbow flag outside! It looked more like a amateur boxing club. Also Woolwich isn't exactly known for its gay friendly community, the chances of picking out the only gay pub in south east London must be tiny. You’ve got to admit they were playing some banging tunes in there.

Congratulations Steve.

I've just caught up with all the weekend reports.

A few more bob in the bank-account - Always needed in these hard times !
