From a Witham prospective a much better performance. Players did look like they wanted to win tonight. (no offence to our players reading this, but Saturday was poor)

Four goals in the opening 20 mins made it exciting.

Watched Takeley play at their place about 4 times last season and they were not as they were last season. Last season they were very forceful and niggly (shall we say) but tonight they were very fair and the match officials performed well too.

Takeley are a good side and it showed. The games i saw them play last year were v Halstead, Mauritius, Stansted and their Reserves played AFC Barnston

Takeley are a decent side, they will challenge with the likes of Bowers and Enfield now that Tiptree look to have dipped out.

Cant comment on the like of Witham, Bethnal Green yet as I have'nt seen them.

If you and your boys at Manor perform how they did when i watched them at home to Romford at the tail end of last season, you are not to be dismissed either. You totally outplayed them.

Last two seasons Manor have been up at the sharp end and get better year on year. A mate of mine supports Manor.

What a pleasent evening in the town of Dorothy L Sayers - and particular commendation here to Dave Cobb's Match programme with full details and League tables not just of the match in question but of all the teams in the club including the Ladies - these details are all important to fans and, hopefully will bring more local interest to boost the gates at the " Spicer McColl Stadium" .

Another excellent evening of entertaining football from both sides.
