The conference

Apparently in yesterdays Daily Mail the football league are looking into the idea of making the conference into the third division of the football league. anyone think this is a good idea as if this does become a reality this would make us 2 leagues below the football league.

Bad idea in my opinion, we have too many pro clubs in our country anyway, a lot of whom are struggling to stay afloat as it is. I know almost all clubs in the Conference are fulltime now but how many of them are clinging for survival?

some of the attendences in the league get below a 1000 so what chance will they have in the football league

You should ask the Dagenham boys about the differences... The glamour of going into the league was soon wiped away with their mountains of rules & regulations.

 

Not a great idea... but just imo.
