Rhodes was actually almost the inspiration for one of Enid Blytons characters in one of her books. People may remember that Enid Blyton wrote the Famous Five and Secret Seven series. Most of the characters were warm, likeable personalities which was where eventually she struggled with placing him, that and she already had a character called Big Ears in her Noddy books and "Big Nose Rhodes" just wasn't that important anyway....

Was at the club when Steve Orchard was in control, last season we had the change of Management early season and a few injuries so 2 consecutive 6th places are not bad considering.

Ref off Ref - You don't fully answer the question which I find interesting, Steve Orchard was a huge loss to New Bradwell St Peter as, in time, he would have taken the Club to the promised land, we all know that you had a change of Management last season, in November to be precise, when Steve Tucker came in who is doing a great job but something upset Steve Orchard and he took up an offer from United Counties League outfit Whitworths

Rhodes, Mr Orchard did not stay, he had his reasons, so you cannot say or do not know how far he would have taken the club, again you assume, Mr Tucker is doing a sound job so with your remarks and assumtions are you saying he wont take the club to the 'promised land' given that we sit in a healthy 3rd position at the moment.

By the way, what is the 'promised land'?

If you took as much interest in your own club instead of making assumtions on everyone elses then maybe Tokynton could be in a healthier position than the one they find themselves in at the moment, in an after life you should consider coming back as a fish, simply coz you bite at everything thats put to you.
