Slough Town v Biggleswade Town

Quality game from Slough where it was a team performance.

DJ bossed the game and Edgeworth nearly got a hat-trick.

Great free kick from Edge form just outside the box which kept the keeper rooted to the spot.

Sinclair put in a sweet shot to kill off the game.

Biggleswade played well but did not generate the number of chance made by Slough.

Hope O'Connors injury is not to bad but looked like it may have been an agrivation to the existing problem - time for super Kev to do his magic.

Be intresting where these 3 points put us.

Also the Ref was a great improvment on the idiot last week.

Played some great football today, particularly in the first half. Thought Biggleswade did a goood job of keeping us contained until the first goal when Edgeworth seemed to run through an enormous gap in the defence.

Was very impressed with DJ again although he needs to be a bit more selfish in front of goal. Also thought Ty was excellent. He must have ran miles today.

Some great stuff played today and we dominated from start to finish.

We lacked the finishing touch in the first half but more than made up for in the second half with two great finishes from Edgey.

No real weakness in team with some notable performances from Edgeworth and DJ.

I have to give my MoM to Edgeworth for an overall solid performance and two super strikes.

in spells we were very very good today. seemed like the 1st goal may never come but when it did it certainly felt like it would be comfortable.

once the 2nd went in it should have been really easy but fair play Biggleswade came back and their 2 subs at 2-0 helped change the game. at 2-1 they looked probably as likely to score next as we did

the 3rd goal killed any threat of a comeback and what a stunning free kick it was. Sinclair then registered his entry for possible goal of the season with a stunning looping curled effort. saying that the 1st and 2nd goals weren't bad either

all in all a very good performance in what could have been a really tough match

many good signs and i truly now feel like we should win most of the games at home

Very good performance. Could and should have had the game wrapped-up by half-time.

Edgeworth ran the show from midfield I thought and that was his best performance of the seasson so far.

Can't say much more than keep it up lads - really looking forward to Hemel now.

Elliott was training with the squad before the match as some of you would have noticed, but were yet to hear if he's going to sign. When we get any news on players in or out we'll post it on the official site

However, that said personally I think he would be a very good addition I think as he's meant to be a bit of a goal poacher in the six-yard box and that's something we don't have with our strikers.

A greatly improved performance from the last match I attended (Burnham). We played some really good football and fully deserved the win.

I don't want to sound overly critical but both goals conceded could have been avoided. Biggleswade's first came from a lapse at the back, while Jacko really didn't need to be making that challenge in the 92nd minute of the match with the game at 4-1.

Overall though, I was very impressed and pleased with the progress being made.
