From Carshalton site...

 

Hayden Bird resigned today stating that 'off the field of play there are serious issues that have lead to this decision.' and he went on to say 'I would rather keep them confidential but nonetheless, as the Manager of the football club I have been unhappy for some time now'

 

There have been many posts below wishing Hayden the very best for the future but in the meantime, as Carshalton have to look for a replacement, Ian Hazel shall take up the managerial role until in the interim.
