Ref off Ref - Strangely enough when you meet Special1 in the flesh as it were the very last thing you would say he is was a football coach, he is much more like a university professor or school teacher and when he is in the dugout he stands absolutely statuesque for the entire ninety minutes and doesn't move a muscle.

I'm worried. And so would anyone be when you're being watched for 90 minutes by Rhodes. In fact, I'm thinking of getting a restraining order.

I'm the Benfica manager ROR.

Rhodes, you seriously need your head tested with regards to the id's of these users. Djibril is the player your goalkeeper had his hands round his neck. Da Silva, I have no idea, I know so many, and Eagles1981 is my good friend and the guy who got me on this site.

On the upside their attendances may rise. People can't help peeking at a road crash. Perhaps Gavin could be lured to Tok Manor?

Behave, all 3 were absolute w*****s, read the report from where our player was sent off, we were stood no more than 10 yards away and he certainly didnt say half of what was put down, then again if he didnt bulls**t the League would've wanted to know why it warranted a sending off.

Was if you have now guessed, a fan.

Have watched yr team a few times now, honest opinion, I think you by far play the best football at this level, however it's not entirely over the 90 minutes, just an opinion, if you finished games like you start them then mate, you would d**k this League easy

Wader - I would recommend Gavin to the Chairman of the Club if he was interested in coming onboard, there is nobody I would want in the trenches with me more than him

ROR I apologize for the mistaken identity.

The player you speak of is a great player but has issues that we hope we are helping him deal with. This year's Benfica is practically a brand new team with only a handful of senior players back from hols and other commitments. I too had returned recently and so had missed pre-season and the beginning of the season.

The squad is nowhere near its full potential as we are playing with our youngsters but we should be able to get things going very soon.

I thank you for your kind words and agree with you totally regarding the 90 mins thing. In the past we have been one of the fittest teams in the league but the preparation for this season has not been the best - I take full responsibility for that due to my absence.

Seriously though if you can be disciplined for the entire 90 minutes then I do think that on your day your team would match anyone, but discipline comes in many forms, the season is still very early and the League very open, Royston 2 seasons ago were struggling then signed Hammond and just missed out on promotion, it is therefore definately achievable.

We're up there but think in all honesty if we made it to the Prem would get an absolute a**e kicking, we would defo need to strengthen but its not always easy trying to attract the right kind of players when most of them want paying for their troubles.

Special1 - So there is one rule for Sport London e Benfica and another rule for other Club's then, Tokyngton Manor have players with issues too and it doesn't help when players from opposing teams abuse them particularly if it's racial or their families are brought into it, ideally they should walk away from it but for certain players with serious issues it's like a red rag to a bull.

Wader, It is strange how all of these stories creep out though, I have certainly heard of up to 400 pounds a week for players this season, and from people who I know have been involved in this level/league for a long time, and I would have thought would know better.

I will say I have heard of some realistic money which is quite still decent, at this level this season.

Im not saying the numbers are true but the general feeling seems very misguided. You only have to go back to last season with the various figures banded about for Craig Hammond alleged wages to see how the myth grows.

I understand you were previously involved with Hornchurch and Bigg town last year, so with all due respect you must know how the people not involved with the clubs like to talk up another clubs budget. I would imagine it becomes quite frustrating.

It has happened at Beaconsfield the year before, some fabulous figures were banded about after xmas the season they went up, i would imagine they were not true either.

Did i read that you are no longer involved at Bigg Town, are you enjoying your time out.

The difference here Rhodes is this:
None of my players are accused of using violence to solve their personal problems unlike TM players putting their hands round people's necks, going to get metal posts etc. This particular player was accused of running his mouth. Nothing more.
We don't tolerate this type of behaviour and if any of our players were violent, without having to defend themselves, we would send them elsewhere. Probably to Tokyngton Manor seing as these are the players your management seem to attract.
If you are accusing a Cockfoster player of using Racial abuse, then report it. I do find this ironic coming from you but that is another matter.
