Strongest line up ?

Assuming everyone is fit ,what would your strongest line up be ? (making a few assumptions about who is signed )

I'd see it as the following:

Nichols

Young Lewis Haverson

Lacy, Lawrence Wilson Robinson

Healey

West Blackman

subs :Smith,Pratt,Morris,Corbishly ,wheatley, cliffe,Krunic or Aliston if signed. (7 subs as its in the FA cup !!!)

Keep it narrow-no fancy widemen -and win midfield

Lewis narrowly pips Smith to a defensive position.

Lacy narrowly pips Corbishly and /or Morris to right midfield/wingback

Pratt, 10 goals in his first Ryman Premier season, whilst nervous and not brimming with confidence..

Everyone said the more he plays the more he will score, the more confident he will get... so the more he will score... so what do margate do?

Not play him.. kill his confidence again, so we're back to square 1 with developing him..

That may be true CE, but coming on 5 or 10 minutes from the end is barely worth it. What kind of an impact can he make if we're already 3-0 down and he comes on in the 80th minute? He's our current leading goalscorer, he should be starting...

I think it was against Dartford, he was on the bench, and instead of bringing him on, Lewis was moved upfront... What a f**king waste that was!

He might not be close to being the finished article, but he is our leading goalscorer, and 4 times in our 6 opening games we have failed to score. His should be the first name on the team sheet

ok now I AM confused. People are saying how brilliant West, Dunn and Blackman are and should have been playing the whole game, at the same time as saying Kenny Pratt should be playing in all games. Are we saying we should be playing 4 up front? (3 now I take it we no longer have Billy Dunn's services). Which way do you want us to go?

no place for Steve West the big name signining up front Stuy? Not playing up I cant make an honest assessment as I have not seen them play, so wanting to know what everyone thinks.

West might be a decent player, but having a big centre forward encourages the guys at the back to hit it long for him to get on the end of, and he doesn't have a lot of pace which is crucial as they more often than not hit it too long. We can't play that way, we need to pass to feet, play proper football...

Thank you Stuy. What ability has Steve west shown with the ball at his feet? I know it sounds stupid but I have seen big men who cant head a ball to save their lives (ME), but who with the ball at their feet are lethal (not me). Also if he can win the first ball do we have someone to get on the end of knockdowns?

Thanks again, What kind of player is K.P. ? Out of the available forwards we have, which 2 are going to compliment each other best?

Nicholls

Lacey, Young, Lewis, Robinson

Cliff, Lawrence, Morris, Bernard

Blackman, West.

Bench/ Allison, Smith, Wilson, Healy, Pratt.

4-4-2 is the way to go for me with proper defenders not fancy wing-backs that too often get caught up field and expose the centre-backs.

As said above Lewis just scrapes it over Smith at the mo and Wilson only just makes the bench on recent performances, also i think Morris's workrate will allow Lawrence the freedom to pull the strings.

Blackman being better suited to feed off West, with Pratt being the impact player coming off the bench as defences tire.
