For me, a back 5 only works if you play 2 genuine wingbacks.Unfortunately we currently use two traditional full backs that rarely venture into the oppos half.

To be fair, after a slow start Ellams is getting to grips with the wing-back role. So naturally we switch to a back four...

I think he is a better player than the average/good step 4 standard. With his quality it wont harm our attempts for a step 3 promotion.

Still early days as many of us have stated, but 3pts this Saturday and a win at the Chavvy Abbey and we'll be on a roll.

One achilles heel is the cautions the usual suspects keep picking up, I think you'll find they may not regain there places should someone step in whilst they serve a ban.
