Citizens post fist league win

Recommended Posts

The Citizens posted 3 points on the table with a 2-1 win against Oxhey Jets at Herns Lane this afternoon climbing 5 places up the table although having played 2 more games than some of the teams below them, however, it's points on the board that count.

Goals from Richard Pearce and Lawrence Rispoli sealed the points. after the game manager Paul Faulkner said: "It's been four weeks in the making but a good performance with two excellent goals."

Two Cup games now face Faulkner's young guns, the FA Vase next Saturday and then the Spartan League Challenge Trophy on Tuesday 8th September.

Oracle - So you are still with Welwyn Garden City then, I would have thought you would have been at Enfield Town v Leverstock Green yesterday

Well maybe he is so good at his job that only he can manage to get a player playing twice in one evening, perhaps he has super powers, or perhaps he is a cheating, lying man who i'm sure will get whats coming to him and his horrible club hopefully very soon.

As for a brick wall, im sure he loves a committee who are happy with him playing 'ringers' so it cant be all bad for him.
