Lost 2-0,

as usual a good well drilled Stones team. Gate did not play to well in 1st 1/2 but, Stones could not get passed Big Gavin in goal( no young keepers as they had all travelled with 1St's).

Second 1/2 the Gate came out and for large portions of the period dominated the game. A mistake by the young (16years) central defence let in the Stones forward who struck a perfect volley into the Gate net. Big Gavin could do nothing, (Banks would have had no chance)The shot would have been shown on goal of the week if it had been in the premiership.

The second Stones goal was so far off side it was ridiculous, not worthy of further comment.
