Produced another fine performance with a 35 yard screamer for the opener. Got a penalty just before half time which was tucked away & Erith were reduced to 10. Two quick goals in the 2nd half made it comfortable & to see us into the next round where we travel to Uxbridge

They bring it back to 2-2 and then Molesey get a near last minute winner... There was pandemonium behind the Molesey goal!

East Grinstead 4-2 Cove

 

Cove 0-2 up 1st half. Conceded a sloppy goal with 1 minute to go in 1st half 1-2. Should have scored 1st minute of 2nd half one on one with the keeper, lobbed over but cleared off the line. Everything fell apart when we gifted them their equaliser by fecking about at the back. 2-2 Then there was a clear handball in our area by their centre forward. Not seen by ref and its 3-2. Pushing forward for an equaliser we concede the 4th. 4-2. Very disappointing.

 

2 up to lose 4-2 hurts. Need to bounce back quickly!

Looks like Horley v Dorking is the only casualty of Monday's programme then, assuming the replay will be Tuesday.

 

Great result for Guildford, expected Ramsgate to come through that one.

 

Fizzers top of that table with 4 out of 4. Having struggled last season, what's caused the turnaround? Influx of new players?

And it wasn't just a 'ram raid' either... if you had to guess which team were the league above - you'd have thought it was the one in red and white!

Thanks! The best bit (well apart from the money) was the way some of the Ramsgate fans were having bets with each other beforehand on whether they'd win by four, five or six goals.

I know the feeling fellah... when we, as an ESL side, turned over two Ryman Prem sides in the 94-5 FA Cup before going out to another, St Albans, 1-0 in the 3rd Qualifying round. Does give one a warm glow..

Camberley Town left it late at Banstead. Banstead had five new starters in their side today an didn't look like a side bottom of the table. Camberley had a 1-0 lead at half time through a Ronnie Green goal then had a bad patch where Banstead took a 2-1 lead with two goals in five minutes from Scott Thompson and a Sean James own goal. Hinga Amara for Camberley equalised with nine to go and Darren Barnard pinched the points for Camberley with a header in the 89th.
