Best go to the site Xpert 11.com for a more comprehensive explanation but it is one of the better games where you get a squad of 18 players , a budget and an array of management options.

You play two games a week on set nights that you can set your team up for any time during the week (in other words you don't have to be on line).

I've entered a team (Yagoona United) and I have been placed in the Golden League which doesn't start for a couple of weeks. Within the League there are numerous other Leagues that you get allocated to. Fair few Scandanavians, Brits and Spanish playing. Warning...can be very addictive.

See below my bastardised cut & paste of the team sheet(much more sophisticated than shown below)..you get to organise their fitness/extra training/transfers/etc.

Takes a little while to get the gist but they have a Forum with plenty of help.

Administrators are very helpful as well.
