Good performance all round today against a hard working but limited Barton side.

 

First half scored through Hayes after a defensive blunder, he slotted the ball between Parkin's legs. Sinclair added a second on the stroke of half time after a good cross from Sealey to the far post. Martin fired home a penalty early on in the second half before they rifled in what proved to be a consolation. Hayes and Sinclair added to the tally, Hayes after a great team move.

 

Very positive stuff. Good wing play from Herron and Sealey down the left and Sinclair on the right. Hopefully can take this confidence into the next couple of games.

 

Edwards and Bowden-Hasse looked rock solid and Edgeworth and Kean started to show some class in midfield.

 

And it complete a betting treble to win me 25 quid. Excellent day all round.
