After watching tuesdays shambles im left wondering what TY and NS have been doing over the close season someone must be accountable for that performance you cant say they havent had the players long enough with a few exceptions its the same team as last season, and why wait till we are bottom of the league -8 goal difference to get new players in if indeed we are getting any unbelievable !!!!!!!!

Ian, Likewise i don't know you, but would like to say thanks for you confidence in us. I know you are from the other side however i am sure that i am like you in wanting my own side to do well, but not wishing the worst for the other side. I for one was sorry to see you get relegated last year, i think financially it would have been good for both sides to have stayed up (With Ramsgate finishing just below Margate). Good luck for the season and hopefully we will see you in the Ryman Premier next year if we survive this season.

at the end of the day the club does not have the money to fork out for want of a better word to pay for new players and TY and NS are going to have to the best with what we have got, let us not forget we are not a conference team anymore so therefore must not expect conference standard of play or players, i believe that with time and alot of hard work the team will pull together with the fans and the club 100% behind and you will soon see us going places xx

The trouble is we are at a footballing outpost. Where as teams like Dartford have London, Kent, Sussex and Essex to draw from player wise we only really have the west of Margate to draw from.

This was fine in the past when we were doing well and could pay players more than other than other clubs round here. Now there is not a lot to attract players to the club and I think it is a herculean task to get anyone to fancy a move to Hartsdown. Any player living in London would choose the likes of Dartford or Maidstone ahead of us, unless we could offer more money or were pushing for promotion, for purely logistical reasons.

Disagree I think the two personalities are very different. Terry's a thinker. There could be others who could work with Terry, cheaper perhaps, but I wouldn't want to change anything.

Is this the only source of income for T.Y. and N.S.? I only ask because, as I am sure you all realise, these 2 are big names in football and I can not see how they can only be working as the management team of M.F.C. Can margate genuinely afford to pay wages to 2 of the bigger names in football if we cant even be certain the club will last past september? If they are only working part time, is that affecting who plays for the club? Forgive my ignorance if this is obvious just my contribution.
