name all of the England players who have played for England, whilst playing for a side not in the UK? If you can name the clubs they were playing for at the same time - you're very clever. (apparently there are about 15, but I suspect somebody will prove me wrong on that)

The list I have seen includes one player I have never even heard of!

The list didn't include Gazza at Lazio, or Ince at Inter - are you sure they played for England while at those clubs?
