Loose
I knew I'd seen that name before. It was all over the local press when he got a transfer to Anal Retentives FC playing in the Hackers League on Hackney Marshes. Blimey, rubbing shoulders with the creme de la creme ain't we? Rhodes
Keeps - I never indicated that I played football at a high level, I'm flattered that you seemed to think I had but I was sadly never a Lee Scott or Jonathan Donoghue

Loose
I just wondered if Clifford "Hot-to-trot" Rhodes was more of a giver or a taker.

Rhodes
Sjj2112 - You haven't told us anything about your holiday in Germany sampling the many beer kellars of Bavaria, how was it and did you take in any games whilst you were over there. It's annoying isn't it when people don't answer direct questions............ I will willingly give / have given details of my holiday to people who have a genuine interest. You just used it as a way to change the subject.

I played for the county as a schoolboy, had trophy strewn spells with Broxbourne Saints and Broxbourne Rangers, but alas a terrible car accident put paid to my long term career at the age of 18. Couldnt walk for nearly a year and put enough weight on to make it a battle to get rid of it and keep it off for the next 10 years. Although my knee is now strong as an ox, Ive never played higher than one appearance for HTFC 1st Team and around 40 or so appearances for the reserves. Music did kind of take over my life at an early age and I do dedicate most of my free time to it, as well as, as you rightly point out, doing battle on the greens and fairways!! Tiger Man
I did wonder why the Tigers were playing with an Orange football, but they seem ok, and go well with the Tigers kit if somewhat clashing as the orange is simillar.
