I'm now back on after being banned for spamming all the forums to highlight the fact that Hookey and I have been waiting for over two months to be given moderator status for the Basildon Town and the Essex Olympian League fora!

 

Well it certainly got the message across after numerous posts and pms came to nothing! Hopefully Hookey and I will get the moderator status that we are seeking.

 

I am willing to promote the EOL forum and make it a success but whilst it does not have any moderators "guarding" it, I am reluctant to "open the throttle" and get started. The EOL have already told me that they will take steps to close any unofficial EOL forum as their official one on their website had to be closed due to some "nastiness" atrracting bad publicity for the EOL. Their forum was not properly moderated.

 

In time hopefully the EOL will link off their website to the Fans Focus Forum!

 

So hopefully Ian W will give us the moderator status that we want soonest and we can get the EOL and Basildon Town fora buzzing!

Gaffa1, Barking already had a forum, along with Sawbridgeworth Town and Stansted, but they were dragged into the graveyard because no fecker was using them.

 

It has simply been revived, not created, which I imagine is a lot easier.

As Hookey has said thats why its been put back up.

 

I know its a pain in the ar*e to have to wait but maybe now the Barking one is done Ian will get round to doing the others.
