(2-2) How positive was that game? What a professional display from an Enfield team wanting to do well this season and from what was shown today I think we will. I think we have also found a very able deputy to Rob Blackburne in 17 year goalkeeper Jason Holmes. Besides a handling error in the latter stages of the game I think he can come away with his head held high as not once did he look out of sorts. Andy Jones, a clean and powerful performance. Backline looked very secure especially Chris Wild and Dave Allen. Football was played which is why we look so much better than before albeit against a team that has been promoted. Well done guys......the future is bright.

Stuart uncharacteristically missed 2 great opportunities to put the game out of sight, before coming off having taken a knock

Remember when the subject of kits came up a few weeks ago? Ie.. No reason anymore to have a mismatch of kits.No reason anymore to use old out of dates kits?

 

Just looked at the kit we wore for yesterdays game..Last seasons home top paired with last seasons away shorts!

What on earth is going on with the kit thing though? Could someone ask a Board member please, as we're always told there are no secrets, we only have to approach a Board member and ask...... but if we were wearing white shirts then why no wear THIS season's shirts??????

I would think that with a new sponsor then new shirts have been ordered and probably delayed, thats the normal excuse

Apart from the brawl 10 minutes from the end. That wasn't very friendly!
