Keeps - I wondered when you would come out of the woodwork today and jump on the band wagon, have you just got home from work. You still have one or two unanswered questions yourself for example why, at the Fans Focus drinks event last month, you were totally scathing of everything Southill Alexander stood for yet all of a sudden you seem to be Loosely's best friend. Wader has asked him a straight forward question, namely how many members do the Club have at present so he can guage if the innovative model is working or not and where Biggleswade United appeared to go wrong in their approach with a similar model, lessons learned are important at our level of the game as they can be the difference between survival and collapse.

Bub? Is that one those quaint Americanisms?

Attitude? I thought this was a fair discussion. Perhaps free input from others is not needed because you are overflowing with members? We can't know that apparantly so can only assume it wasn't exactly a Saturn V lift-off for you. What can be clearly seen though is the public perceivable side of your model, and I'm sorry if you don't like someone telling you the truth, but it isn't that tempting at the moment.....Bub.

I'm sorry you're getting upset, but why not just promote your club in a good way? There really is no need for you to blow a fuse every time someone poses a question or tells it as they see it.
Not upset at all John, sorry if you feel so insecure that you have to big yourself up so much.

If you want to know so much about the club and have so many fine ideas to help we'll have a think about it but you know we aren't big spenders John, not sure we will be able to afford you.

Is that a Rhodes heard, or have you witnessed this so called attitude problem yourself?

I have to admit its second hand Keeps but from a "reliable" source as our Cliffy likes to say. That and it being backed up by the bumptious and pompous nature of his posts.

Perhaps you know him better, maybe you can list his many achievements in the world of Non League Football.

Lucy... Rhodes achievements are legendary, the legacy he has left in his wake is out of this world. You have truly missed out!!

They'd clearly pale into insignificance next to yours.

Apologies again for getting you so upset today. Getting personal is the sure sign that it's a difficult time of the month or someone is under the weather.

I don't remember him being 'scathing' of SAFC...but then I had a few pints of London Pride in my ample belly. You are right about the SAFC club model though and my simple question. It was asked because I just don't see the attraction that the website offers at the moment. The hook just isn't there to ignite the desire to open the wallet and get out the credit card. But hey, It's up to them and as Loosley is feeling under the weather at the moment and getting all snappy, perhaps now is not the time.

Well I'm surprised that you can remember anything at all of the night particularly once the Sambuca's started to flow like the Grand Rapids. I definitely recall Keeps telling me that he wouldn't urinate on Southill Alexander if they were on fire, I wouldn't go that far but the Club have brought this ill feeling upon themselves particularly Loosely.

Oh, the indignity of it all, he buys me a drink, I buy him one back (shandy wasn't it?), we chat and pore over a past programme and he doesn't even remember me - gutted :-)

You weren't the one on Brandy and Coke by any chance were you, I think I've accounted for everyone else who was there, I thought you had just come along for the ride after work as a friend of somebody else.
