To Steve NBFC...I wasnt at the game cos i was playing elsewhere but i owe you a huge APOLOGY...

 

Your team with your tactics and with a defender in goal tore apart a very poor TMFC team,your tactics won the game and made TMFC look a joke...I apologise and i accept that i was brainwashed by certain TMFC people into thinking that they were actually a good side and your boys not only did a job but apparently tore through the heart of the TMFC midfield and defence as if they werent even there...i was a c*ck and i apologise!

 

Rhodes - I heard that even Lee Scott couldnt clear up the mess at TMFC and they are truly now JOKYNGTON MANOR

They were missing there whole first choice midfield and 1 or 2 others, who normally play first team. And from what i was told, they also missed a penalty, hit the cross bar and the New Bradwell keeper made a number of good saves! 3 of New Bradwells goals were apparently BIG defensive blunders! who ever else was at the game, tell me if im wrong??

 

I heard it was a pretty drab game apart from the first half, where tok manor should have gone up 4 or 5- 2. But hey thats what happens when you dont take your chances!

LOL at Dobber you must have been speaking to the same person I was was a few minutes ago. The Manager at Tok Manor got it horribly wrong today playing their best defender in midfield in a 4-3-3 formation never practised in training.

 

Zezi yes Tok were missing some of the first choice midfield but not all of them.

 

I think Div 1 will be a funny old league this year with possibly a Bedfordshire team winning it.

Bradwell should have been 3.0 up before they took the lead. TK Manor went 3 up front and were resorting to the long Ball. we fully deserved the win anyone who says different was not at the game and dobber you were there as you was wearing the number 2 shirt for tm before you left without warming down as you had spat the dummy.

All four of Tok Manors 1st team midfielders were not playing? FACT! 2 New defenders drafted in only last week. The team that was out there today have barely played with eachother.

 

NB may well have been 3 up, but were they really good chances?? Tok Manor had a penalty saved, hit the cross bar and credit to the NB keeper saved them with 3 really great saves.

 

2nd half was a load of crap from what i have heard, from both teamson the field.

I heard it was a poor game, and if Tok Manor would have taken there chances it possibly could have been a different story. I am not saying you should have lost, but i did hear it was a drab game second half.

 

I also know that most of TM 1st team squad are either injured, Banned or havent really been at most pre season games this season. I think they will start slow, but will DEFINATELY pick up!

Im must add about TM, The Chairman and Secretary are top men, Not much else helping them though. They could not have been more accomodating

Indeed, 1 swallow does not make a summer. however i am confident of a good sesason for us and an improvement on 6th place. However I will not be coming out saying we will win the league because although you have to believe you can.to tell the the rest of the world would be just plain stupid & niave

Never have once said they will win the league, will def improve on last seasons 11th place finish and think they will finish top 4 to be honest!

Well to be honest that isn't a fair judgement. I think anyone could win it this season, will be very open. Could even go down to the last 2 or 3 games for alot of the teams.

Rhodes was givin it all the big that Tokyngton were going to win easily I see he has crawled under the stone after the 4-2 defeat. I warned you not to underestimate New Bradwell.

Using excuses that you were without players is pretty petty. August is a month that every team will suffer with general holiday commitments as a priority. Teams that can get points on the board with this problem should be commended, Arguably the most difficult month of the season for everyone

As was said on this thread the Chairman is a top man who deserves better as he has put a lot of work into it. I dont think he has thought about his managerial set-up too well, not good enough in my opinion. I wont be supporting anyone but ill let you know when I play my next game then you can support me :-)
