Having read through a list of released players from the nationwide and Premiership, I now present to you a list of players that SACFC should make bids for in the close season, either seriously or just for a laugh.

Whatever the reason, what's the worst that can happen after bidding for some of these classics?

Webbo. I asked what was the worst thing that can happen bidding for, not buying these players. A bit of publicity, a bit of a laugh etc.

Could we not bid thirty million Monkeydollars* for David Beckham, and see if they notice?**

 

*Monkeydollars are my new imaginary currency, currently trading at M$1000000 to £1.

We'd need a bit of a whip-round to raise 30,000,000 monkey dollars. Unless...put another 80,000,000 monkey dollars onto the price of a season ticket, and call it a 'donation' to the club. For one season only mind, because you only need to make a donation once.
