petethegreek
There is no restriction on his FB page either so anyone can see what he said... http://on.fb.me/tsvDU8 Its been removed It's still on his FB page. I wonder what the views of the FA would be?
syd_lexic
& Rhodes' silence on this matter is deafening. Surely he can't condone such a disrespectful & appalling attitude. britman

Rhodes
What has all this got to do with Tom Loizou, I tried to create a 'Gary Speed - RIP' thread yesterday but it wasn't published for some reason
syd_lexic
Now now Clifford, it absolutely has nothing to do with Haringay's Manager, but as you are the only person actually interested in the original thread, I thought I'd hi-jack it for something far more important. First of all did you see the post on FB & do you condone such a sad & nasty attitude ? No answers on a postcard needed, just a straightforward answer. Rhodes
Steve - No I didn't see Lee Scott's post on Facebook, what did he actually say that was so bad. I was as shocked as everybody else by Gary Speed's sudden suicide on Sunday, he seemed to be a great bloke going by all the accolades he has received however suicide is a cowardly way out and something his 13 and 14 year old sons are going to have to deal and live with for the rest of their lives. syd_lexic
Ok then here goes, I might gave to edit the expletives though. Will be interesting to hear people's views after this. While I appreciate your point Cliff & many may have that view, you surely wouldn't agree with this ...................... Totally disgusting & disrespectful. [****!!****] GARY SPEED. NO SYMPATHY FOR HIM THIS C**T MANAGIES WALES AND GETS FORTY BAGS A WEEK WHERE AS I JUST WENT SHOP AND BOUGHT CUPPA SOUP AND A NEWSPAPER, THERE I SAID IT. WEAK C**T #COMELIVEMYLIFESTYLESHEEPSHAGGERLOL Some poor lads have lost their Dad & the post ends LOL !!!! Just wrong.
Rhodes
Steve - Well if that's what Lee said then it's obviously poor but before we hang draw and quarter him lets wait and see why Speed committed suicide, there could be something sinister or untoward behind it couldn’t there
Winslow Boy
Rhodes what does it matter what is behind it? Obviously poor???? Totally vile and totally in character. Smelly nuts thoughts.....?
syd_lexic
It doesn't matter one bit what's behind it. I'm not after hounding Lee or getting him hung, drawn & quartered. I was just astounded how a footballer could be so insensitive to the story. Whatever has happened to lead to this is no ones business but the poor family he has left behind. Rhodes
It doesn't matter one bit what's behind it I tend to disagree, we all thought that Ryan Giggs was God in disguise didn't we before the news broke of his Tiger Woods style activities so I think we have to first wait to see why Gary Speed committed suicide before we can move forward with the debate. Surely he thought of the consequences for his two innocent young sons before he did it as well as his wife, parents, sister and friends if indeed it was something as 'straight forward' as depression getting the better of him and driving him to it. Rhodes
Loosely - So why do you think Speed committed suicide then out of interest, you're always so quick to give your 'expert' opinion

syd_lexic
Give it a rest Cliff, this isn't time to play one of your games. Whatever the reasons behind his death, it shouldn't discussed on here. I brought the comments up, to find out your take on them. I'm very surprised that you are kind of defending them & it will give people on here an idea of your own twisted thought process !

Not sure what you can do if people lack compassion Jason, just accept that they aren't quite human and part of their understanding is missing. Let's hope he can see the error in that post and make amends Britman - I didn’t say that it wasn’t but with Lee he might say or type something without thinking which he clearly doesn’t mean and which then gets misinterpreted, I think this was one of those occasions
